Classes & Fees

Lansdowne Cooperative Preschool offers four classes each year from September to June:

Three-year Olds [AM3]

Tuesday and Thursday morning

9:15 am to 11:30 am

$85.50/month

Four-year Olds [AM4]

Monday and Wednesday morning

9:15 am to 12:00 pm

&

Thursday afternoon

12:30 pm to 3:15 pm

$112.25/month

Three year Olds [TF]

 

Tuesday afternoon

1:00 pm to 3:15 pm

&

Friday morning

9:15 am to 11:30 am

$85.50/month

Three and Four-year Olds [MWF]

 

Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon

12:30 pm to 3:15 pm

$112.25/month

Your child needs to be at least 3 by  
June of the year they enter this class.

 

 

Please note:

There is an additional non-refundable registration fee ($80).

There is also a fee for the preschool handbook.

 

 

Registration for 2012-2013

All registration requests from new parents, alumni and returning parents are to be submitted online.

 

You can submit a registration request for the 2012-2013 school year starting September 15, 2011.  The time and date stamp of your online registration request will determine your position on the wait list/contact list. The enrollment committee will offer spaces to new families once returning families have confirmed registration for the 2012-2013 school year. The current target is to offer new families space by January 2012. We are just in the process of updating our policy/process to ensure that registration in the new school year runs as smoothly as possible. We will keep you posted with updates on this site. Child Care Subsidy Information

The BC provincial government provides a subsidy to help families meet the cost of having their children attend preschool. Rates and eligibility are based upon family income and size. For information and application forms go to: 

Your family may apply for subsidy once you have registered your child(ren) and submitted the non-refundable $80 registration fee for each child to the enrolment coordinator. You will require the signature of the treasurer on the subsidy forms - ask your enrolment coordinator to put you in touch with him/her to obtain the signature. If your application is approved, the subsidy payments will be made directly to the preschool. Please note that there is also a $15 fee for the black book that is not covered by the subsidy.
 
New parents are welcome to attend our open house on Saturday February 5, 2011.
